Alice “Maxine” Oliver (Maxine Corcoran), born in Seibert Colorado on April 25, 1934 passed away after fighting off influenza and pneumonia on November 18, 2022. Maxine worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant until the age of 65. She enjoyed working on deliveries on the obstetrics unit at Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and friend. In addition to being the matriarch of her family, she was a beloved babysitter to many in the community. Her dedication to children will have a lasting impact on generations to come. She was a devout Christian, and fan of the Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets and Denver Broncos.
Maxine is survived by a loving family consisting of her siblings Sheila Dueker, Donna Atkinson, Geraldine Preston, and Bill Oliver, and children Larry Lovering (wife Marissa), John Corcoran, and Joni Koehn (husband Doug), grandchildren Jessie Corcoran, Josh Corcoran, Oliver Corcoran, Michael Andrews (wife Miranda), Jordan Andrews (wife Melissa), Tylan Butler, Jeremy Corcoran, Jill Harrell (husband Brady), Michael Haptenstall (wife Stephanie), and Andrew Lovering, and great grandchildren Noel, Isla and Maxx Andrews, Lexi Holmes, Allison, Natalie and Owen Harrell, Peyton and Kylee Griffin, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. Maxine is preceded in death by her husband Bill Corcoran, son Matthew Corcoran, daughter Cathy Lovering, and siblings Ann Koenig, Betty Jones, Coleen Cooper, Annabel Oliver, Infant Oliver, and parents John and Geneva Oliver.
