Allen Greenwood

Stratton, Colorado resident, Allen T. Greenwood passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at the Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital in Burlington. He was 83 years old. Allen was born on January 5, 1931 in Stratton, Colorado; he was the third child of Harry R. and Marie E. Greenwood. He had two children with his first wife, Audrey and later married Rosalee Howe in 1974. Allen was an area farmer and postal worker for Stratton. He is survived by his son, Robert (Patty) of Oregon, granddaughter, Bobby Jo Nichols of Nebraska, his two great-grandsons, Gavin and Wyatt of Nebraska and sister, Laura Greenwood Thomason of Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Marie Greenwood, his wife Rosalee Greenwood, daughter Dianna Holding and sister Thelma Greenwood Hutton.
