Delbert Swarm

Delbert Leon Swarm, 54, of Simla, CO passed away in his home on December 16, 2008. Delbert was born on July 18, 1954 in Colorado Springs, CO to John and Christine (Farmer) Swarm one of five children. He grew up and attended Northglenn High School from 1969-1972. Delbert moved to Simla, CO in 2002. He enjoyed watching Nascar racing and Rockies games and working on vehicles. Delbert loved his family and loved spending time with them, telling jokes and making people laugh. Delbert was preceded in death by his grandparents on both sides. He is survived by his parents, John and Christine Swarm of Ramah, CO, children; Dustin (Rachel) Swarm of Northglenn, CO, Dawn (Joseph) Velotta of Northglenn, CO and Darin Swarm of Northglenn, CO, and his ex-wife Deborah Swarm of Northglenn, CO, and Delbert is also survived by siblings; Linda (Robert) Simmons of Colorado Springs, CO, Lester (Lucy) Swarm of Lowell, OR, Debra (Rich) Hammel of Littleton, CO, Virgina Mitchell of Lafayette, CO, and his beloved grandchildren; Clinton, Alyssa, Brooklyn and Emma. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2008, 10:00 A.M. at the Ramah Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Allen officiating.
