Evelyn Grosshans

Evelyn Matilda Grosshans was born on August 20, 1918 to Fredrich Robert and Mary Rebecca Heidbrink. She passed away at the Grace Manor Care Center in Burlington on January 29, 2008. She was married to Edward Arthur Grosshans on October 18, 1945 at Ruskin, Nebraska. To this union two sons were born, Robert and Keith. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Evelyn is survived by her sons; Robert of Goodland, Kansas and Keith of Colorado Springs, Colorado two grandchildren, Angie and Kelly Grosshans of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Funeral services for Evelyn were held on Monday, February 4, 2008 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Bill Viergutz officiating. Burial followed at the Fairview Cemetery, Burlington, Colorado. Visitation was held on Sunday, February 3, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Love Funeral Home. Memorials may be made in her name to the Trinity Lutheran Church and may be left at the Bank of Burlington, Burlington, Colorado.
