Gladys M. Robison (age 99) passed away on December 16, 2017. Gladys was born September 30, 1918 in Kansas City, Missouri to Bert and Angie Lowe. She graduated from Kansas City Central High School in 1936. Gladys married Ken Hensley in Nevada in 1940, and later, they had a beautiful daughter, Dawn Walker. Gladys married W.H. Robison in 1944 and moved to Colorado in 1945, until his death in 1988.
Gladys held several jobs outside of home but was primarily a homemaker. She loved crafts, reading and spoiling her grandkids. Gladys was also an accomplished seamstress. She was also a member of Eastern Star, and South Gate Charter in Englewood.
She is survived by her daughter Dawn Walker. Her grandchildren Fritz (Susan) Doke of Goodland ,KS, Randy (Melissa) Doke of Lakewood, CO,and Kristi (Kelly) Davis of Littleton, CO. Great grandchildren Jared (Kaleigh) Doke and their boys Liam and Bowen of Kansas City, MO, Josh Doke and girlfriend Ashley Polihronakis of Nashville, TN, Danika and Natali Stumm of Littleton, CO.
A Graveside Service was held for Gladys on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. in Wheat Ridge, Colorado at Crown Hill Cemetery.
