Henry Zeiler

Henry Allen Zeiler, 80, of Limon, Colorado passed away on August 9, 2013 at Carla’s Cluster Care NE Campus after a battle with cancer. Allen was born to Henry and Elizabeth (Krus) Zeiler on April 10, 1933 four miles northwest of Iliff, Colorado the youngest of five children. He was the only boy with four older sisters so he learned at a young age how to be nice to the ladies. Allen enjoyed trading coins and talking with people, as he never met a stranger. He had a huge heart and enjoyed helping others. He loved watching the Broncos and was a history buff. Allen especially enjoyed Bible Study and singing the good old hymns with the church groups that would visit the nursing home. Allen was preceded in death by his parents; Henry and Elizabeth and four sisters; Lucille McMillen, Clara Brown, Mary Lou Zeiler and Edna Norton. Allen will be greatly missed by the staff and residents at Carla’s.
