Jerilyn Arde

January 10, 1954 — July 29, 2020

Jerilyn "Jeri" Arde, 66, passed away peacefully July 29, 2020 with loved ones at her side. Jeri was born on January 10, 1954 in Red Cloud, NB to Jack and Betty Carlton. Jeri began her parenting journey in 1973 with former husband, Joe Johnson. She then re-married in 1982 to Wayne Arde creating a tight-woven, loving family of 7. Jeri, called “Mom” by most all who knew her, was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment. During her battle with cancer, mom stayed strong (and stubborn) but still the most sincere, cheerful and selfless woman she had always been. She loved to love people, was always thinking of others and had fun spoiling all 14 grandchildren. When mom wasn't tending to her garden, you could bet she was enjoying the outdoors somewhere! She enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling, but her greatest joys were time spent with family. She is survived by her best friend and husband of 38 years Wayne Arde, her son and his wife Tramayne and Robin Johnson, her 3 daugher's and their husbands Tarla and Eric Ballew, Torrie and Craig Dillion, Tangee and Elvis Arde, 14 grandchildren, her treasured father Jack Carlton, brother and wife Greg and Stephanie Sipe, sister Rita Cerkan and several neices and nephews and 100's of friends! All whom loved her dearly and will never forget her beautiful smile and her heart of gold! Jeri was preceded in death by her mother Betty Carlton, sister Leota Williams, and daughter Tristin Johnson
