Jesse Weaver

View Video Tribute Jesse Phillip Weaver, 11 of Limon, CO passed away at Lincoln Community Hospital, Hugo, CO on July 8, 2007. Jesse was born on August 28, 1995 to Wade and Traci (Frazier) Weaver in Colorado Springs, CO one of five children. Jesse loved animals and going fishing. He liked to play baseball and enjoyed swimming and riding his bike. Jesse loved to cook. Jesse was preceded in death by his grandfather Harold J. Frazier, great-grandparents; Mary Page, Verna and Truman Weaver and Lorraine Lenich. Jesse is survived by his parents; Wade and Traci Weaver of Limon, CO and siblings; Hanna, Koby, Sawyer and Andrew Weaver also of Limon, CO. A funeral service for Jesse will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in Limon at the Love Funeral Home Chapel.
