Loma Seymour

View Video Tribute Loma Viola Seymour, 94 of Limon, CO passed away on November 20, 2006 in Colorado Springs, CO. Viola was born to William O. and Sarah Ellen (Meier) Hass in Lyon, Kansas on December 9, 1911 one of six children. She married Bert T. Seymour on January 25, 1927 and the couple was blessed with two sons; Jerry and Donald Seymour. Viola was a willing worker all her life, serving others in many ways. She received her 30 year pin for R.S.V.P. and enjoyed crocheting and did lots of sewing in her younger years. Viola was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bert, one child at birth and 3 sisters. Viola is survived by her sons; Jerry and wife Marion of Karval, CO and Donald and Janet of Karval, CO, one sister; Loraine Bartunek of Taylor, AZ, five grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many lifetime friends. A funeral service for Viola will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at the Blue Cliff Community Building with burial at Valley View Cemetery in Ordway, CO.
