Burlington resident Marvin Dean Trimble passed away unexpectedly on December 7, 2008 at the age of 48 in his home.
Marvin was born on June 20, 1960 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Mary Marie (Kennedy) and Bobby Dale Trimble. There were three children born to this union.
Marvin attended schools in Gering, Nebraska and then transferred to Burlington and graduated from there in 1979. He then joined the United States Marines. He served as a marine for four years.
Marvin had many hobbies such as riding horses and motorcycles. He also collected knives and loved to go fishing.
He is preceded in death by his father, one brother Bobby Dale, Jr., paternal and maternal grandparents and one niece Rachael Dawn Trimble.
Surviving Marvin are his mother Mary King and her husband Jere, one sister Lucy Dawn Trimble and her children Kristina Marie, Daniel Curtis and his great nephew Anthony James all of Colorado Springs, Colorado, step sister Dolores June Ives of Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, step sister Jeanette Smith and her husband Michael; their children Kevin and Roger Smith, and Jacqueline Marie Bushnell of Surprise, Arizona.
