Mia is the daughter of Tim and Becky (Ruhs) Castillo and sister to TJ Castillo. We were all so excited to bring our baby girl home, but two and a half days before you were going to take your first breath, God had a different path for you. Here we sit overwhelmed with so many emotions. We were so ready for you in our updated home. Now we realize we will never see your eyes or smile, hear your voice or laughter and see your many firsts. We find ourselves questioning many things and wondering why God needed you so soon. TJ was so excited to welcome you into this world. He would talk, sing and kiss you daily. He gathered so many things to be the best big brother to you. All he wanted to do is play with you. He was so proud and would tell every person that would listen that you were going to be here soon. He would always say “My mommy has a baby in her tummy. Her name is Mia Bella.” He loved you before ever seeing you. You will forever be loved and missed by us all. The only comfort that we have is knowing we will see and hold you again. Until we do, we know God is taking care of you. Surviving family includes Tim, Becky and TJ Castillo.
