Rick Wayne Torrence
Born in Colorado Springs November 2nd, 1952 to Ben and Bonnie Torrence. He lived in Widefield until Rick was 7, when they moved to Rush where he attended school and graduated with a small class of 12.
Rick married Gail Watson on May 12th, 1973, to this union 3 sons were born, Travis, Alvin and Roger. They lived in the Rush area until they moved to Riverton, Wyoming in 1977. They then moved back to Colorado near the town of Karval in 1979, and from there to their present home south of Peyton in the fall of 1981.
Rick was a truck driver, rancher, and heavy equipment operator. His family was the love of his life, his friends are all very cherished. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on August 13th, 2023. He is preceded by his parents Ben and Bonnie Torrence, and is survived by his wife Gail Torrence, their three sons and their families Travis (Christi, Devin, Mike), Alvin (Molly, Katie, Megan, Allison) and Roger (Heather, Ryan).
