Rita Lamm

Rita Shirlene (Scott) Lamm, age 78 of Ramah, Colorado passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the Colonial Columns Health Care Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born July 22, 1933 at home in Ramah, Colorado the daughter of Robert and Lorine (Bernard) Scott. She grew up in Ramah and graduated from Ramah High School. Rita was a homemaker for most of her life and a longtime resident of the Ramah, Matheson and Simla areas. On October 14, 1959, Rita was united in marriage to Robert Lamm in Matheson, Colorado. Rita and Robert shared over forty-one years of marriage before Robert passed away on June 1, 2000. To this union was born a son, Bobby on July 21, 1961 and passed away on April 11, 1978. Rita is survived by her niece Harelita Bohrer (Gary) of Ramah, Colorado; two cousins, Don Kiick (Gloria) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Ada Morris of Lakewood, Colorado; one sister-in-law Mary Lu Underwood of Colorado Springs Colorado; numerous nieces and nephews; long time friends Mr. and Mrs. Dale Lasater. Rita was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Robert Lamm; her son Bobby Lamm; two brothers, Dale and Raymond Scott; and one sister, Dorees Zentz.
