Robert Grosshans

Longtime Burlington, Colorado resident Robert “Tank” Lynn Grosshans passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Medical Center of Aurora in Aurora, Colorado. He was 66 years old. Robert was born on October 3, 1948 to Edward Arthur and Evelyn Matilda Grosshans in Garden City, Kansas. He was one of two children born to this union. Robert attended school in Burlington and graduated from Burlington High School in 1966. He enjoyed fishing in Mexico, playing Farkle, and playing cards. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Evelyn. Those left to cherish his memories are his brother, Keith Grosshans of Colorado Springs, Colorado nieces, Angela Conrad and husband Ben of California and Kelly Farnham and husband Jimmy of Colorado Springs, Colorado, cousins, Myrl and Patsy Grosshans of Minneapolis, Kansas, James and Karen Grosshans of Sydney, Nebraska and Onie Grosshans of Salt Lake City, Utah. Also surviving him are numerous friends.
