Robert A. Pearce

Robert Allen Pearce passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 23.

Robert was born on December 30, 2000, in Hugo, Colorado. He graduated high school in 2019. Later in life, Robert would earn himself a job at Hoffman Drug in Limon as head of department. At Hoffman Drug, many people would see the perfect and genuine smile on Robert’s face. Robert was proud of doing his best at Hoffman Drug. Many people would say that Robert could find the good in anyone and that he had a heart of gold. Those that encountered him on a daily basis would comment on how he thought of others first. That was who Robert was as a person.

The most important aspect of Robert’s life, which strengthened him day by day, was his faith in God. Robert had a Bible that he held dearly. Forgiveness meant a great deal to him, and he often encouraged others to forgive one another, even when it was hard. Robert had many passions in his life; however, one of his major passions was for the outdoors. If someone asked Robert anything about the outdoors, he could talk for hours, especially when it came down to how to start a campfire. 

Robert is survived by his mother, Penny Pearce; his step-father, Manx Werley; his biological father, Brian Pearce; his siblings: Brea Leach (Barbera Leach), Dontea Pearce, Sky Pearce, Jordan Werley, and Manx Werley; his grandparents, Barbara and Clifford Leach; his cousins, Cyril Rush and David Rush; his aunt, Melissa Rush; and his uncles, Eric Leach, and Bobbie Rush.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Ella Leach; and his great-uncle, Tobe Riemenschneider.

Robert will always be remembered for his smile that everyone saw and his contagious laugh that everyone heard throughout his entire life.

A Memorial Service will be held at Love Funeral Homes in Limon, Colorado, on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
