Robert "Bob" Williams

Robert (Bob) Gordon Williams was born May 30, 1934, at home to Glyn and Mildred Williams. He departed this life on February 6, 2015, doing what he loved, taking care of his ranch. He was the youngest of four children. Bob was united in marriage to Alice Trainer at Raton, New Mexico on September 4, 1952. To this union two children were born: a daughter, Marleen and a son, Wayne. Bob loved ranching and his family. He enjoyed taking care of his cattle and his horse, Bucky. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He never missed an opportunity to spend time with his grandkids. He love his home and the love of his family. Preceding Bob in death was his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Alice, daughter Marleen Pfost, son and daughter-in-law Wayne and Billie Williams all of Hugo, Colorado, and sister Frances Chitwood of Wellington, Kansas. Also surviving are grandchildren Christopher Pfost, Stacy Deal and fiance’ Jeff Tebo, Jared and Sheryl Williams, Shanna Williams and fiance’ Brian Kopp, great grandchildren; Kylie and Kaelan Deal, and a new baby Williams that the family will be blessed with in the fall, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Bob’s life journey began and ended on the place he loved most!
