Roger Trainer

Roger Eugene Trainer, 53, of Hugo, Colorado passed away on July 5, 2012 in Hugo, Colorado. Roger was born on June 17, 1959 in Flagler, Colorado to Barney J. and Virginia M. (Ellis) Trainer. He grew up in Punkin Center, Colorado along with his brother Randy Trainer. The family later moved to Hugo, Colorado where Roger graduated High School in 1979. He was very involved in school and enjoyed the social aspect of school as much or more than the studies. Roger spent his adult life living in Hugo where he enjoyed the small town atmosphere, where everyone is family. He worked for Carl and Brenda Dutro and Megan and Lucas Hohl at Osborne’s Super Market for 28 years doing many jobs. Roger also enjoyed traveling. His favorite trip was to Washington D.C. He loved sight seeing, visiting museums the renaissance festivals and anything to do with history. Roger was very patriotic and very involved in the community events and activities. Roger was preceded in death by his parents Barney and Virginia Trainer.
