Susan Adlfinger

Biography Susan Kay Adlfinger, 64, of Hugo, Colorado passed away on September 20, 2011 at the Lincoln Community Nursing Home. Susan was born on September 25, 1946 in Denver, Colorado to Gerard Ray Adlfinger and Florence Marjorie (Cawthra) one of three children. She grew up in Denver graduating from Jefferson High School in Lakewood, Colorado. Susan’s joy in life was her daughter Victoria better known as Tori Adlfinger. She enjoyed knitting and reading historical romance novels and vampire love stories which she had a series of books. Susan loved her chihuahua “Maggie” and spending time with her family and friends. Her last big adventure was the Mediterranean Cruise that she and her daughter took together seeing Spain, Italy & Croatia three places Susan wanted to visit. Susan loved to tell stories of the time she spent on her grand parent’s farm taking care of the animals. Susan was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, and one sister-in-law Susan Adlfinger. She is survived by her daughter; Tori Adlfinger of Hugo, Colorado, one brother James Adlfinger of Littleton, Colorado and his son, Daniel Adlfinger, sister Nancy (Bob) Lakey of Hugo, Colorado and children; Diane (Jim) Atwater of Mesa, Arizona and children; Hunter and Hayden Atwater and son Terry (Jessica Cherry) Haney and their children; Karlie and Lance of Mesa, Arizona. Susan is also survived by numerous cousins and aunts and uncles.
