Burlington, Colorado resident Toby B Cooper passed away unexpectedly on Mach 1, 2011 in Goodland, Kansas. He was 37 years old. Toby was born on February 21, 1974 in Grant, Nebraska to Bill and Ramona Mae Cooper. He was the youngest of six children. He graduated from Paxton High School in 1992. He went on and attended college at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling and graduated in 1994, with an Associate’s degree in Agriculture. After farming for several years, he went on and attended school at Heritage College in Denver and received a degree in Massage Therapy. Toby had a love for working cattle and enjoyed working with people in the surrounding communities as a Massage Therapist. He also enjoyed hunting pheasants and going fishing at Lake McConaughy. He was a very energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate person, who enjoyed spending time with many people, and had a love for life. He was preceded in death by his mother Ramona in 2004. He is survived by his father Bill of Madrid, Nebraska, three daughters Corrin and Macie Perry of Limon, Colorado and Aspen Cooper of Burlington; four brothers, Scott Cooper and wife Sheila Wiseman of Goleta, California, Tim Cooper and wife Gailya of Omaha, Nebraska, Tracy Cooper and wife Diane of Snyder, Nebraska, and Stonie Cooper and wife Laura of Prague, Nebraska; and one sister Karla McQueen and husband Tim of Elsie, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
