Vera Wanda Widhalm

Vera Wanda Widhalm, 91, of Minneapolis, KS passed away on July 15, 2017. Vera was born to Asa Harold and Lola Ethel (Hunter) Cullum on November 13, 1925, one of twelve siblings in Hill City, KS. She married Donald L.Widhalm in Hugo, CO on January 17, 1945 and this couple was blessed with six children; Louis W. Widhalm, Laurence H. Widhalm, Veronica I. Widhalm, Bernadette R. Widhalm, Patrick A. Widhalm, and Wayne L. Widhalm. Vera loved her family and enjoyed being a homemaker. Her greatest memories were of the times she spent with her family. She loved sightseeing and walking up until recent years when she was unable. Vera was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and six sisters, and her son Louis W. Widhalm. She is survived by her husband, Donald, of the home; and her children Laurence H. Widahlm, Veronica I. Widhalm, Bernadette R. Widhalm, Patrick A. Widhalm, and Wayne L. (Debbie) Widhalm. Her grandchildren Richard (Debbie) Widhalm and Lisa (Bart) Chambers, Kristina Widhalm and step grandson Rhyan. Her great grandchildren Cody (Jessica) Chambers, Kiandra Chambers, Cindy Chambers, Jacob Chambers, Dusty Chambers, Brittany Widhalm, Zachery Widhalm, Brayden Widhalm, and Bryson Widhalm. Her great-great grandchildren Lane, Kashlin, and Ryan Chambers and numerous nieces and nephews.
