Verna Culver

Verna Mary Culver, 74, of Hugo, CO passed away on December 30, 2009 at Lincoln Community Hospital. Verna was born on October 27, 1935 in Pattonsburg, MO to Everett Barlow and Helen A. (Krause) Culver one of five children. She attended school through the 8th grade. Verna was baptized in the church and enjoyed reading and traveling the United States. Verna was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, two brothers; Leslie and Delbert Culver and brother-in-law John Pitts. She is survived by her brother Glen (Bonnie) Culver of Medicine Bow, WY, sister Illene Pitts of Byers, CO, four nephews; Leslie Pitts, David Culver, Dean Culver and Dale Culver; three nieces Brenda Haines, Cindy Culver, and Glenda Muniz, sister–in-law Janice Culver. Verna is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
