Former Hugo resident Carolyn Herrell Pharr passed away Saturday April 17, 2010 in Kersey, Colorado at the age of 85 with her family by her side. Known as the “Frog Lady” Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
